That is why we make the effort to understand your exact needs, so the event you imagine - is the event you’ll get and you’ll be able to enjoy it all! Creating a timeline, checking in with vendors, overseeing the flow of your day. We step in when you need help moving guests from ceremony space to a cocktail or reception area, if a problem is to occur we work our magic before you know a thing. Date, guest count and location determine investment. Pricing starting at $950 for micro events.

We specialize in creating stunning head tables, dessert tables, and more ensuring everything is ready before your guests arrive. Enjoy your special day peace of mind, knowing our team will be there to make it all happen, starting at $650. Final pricing depends on location, guest count, and specific details.
Clean up

Make your event unforgettable without the hassle of cleanup! We understand that after a fantastic celebration, the last thing you want is to worry about tidying up. Our cleanup service ensures can enjoy every moment, leaving the venue spotless as you walk out. From taking out the trash to sweeping the floors and packing away decor, we handle it all. Add our full tear down package for a seamless experience, and enjoy a discount when you book our management services. Cleanup starts at $575, with final pricing based location, event type, and guest count.

Balloon work- We care about making your event the best possible experience for everyone involved. Adding balloon art can really add some beauty to any event. Weddings, birthdays, baby showers, bridal showers and more a balloon arch can be a great spot for photos too! 5 ft grab and garlands starting at $120, columns starting at $75. Birthday parties- are your kids celebrating getting another year older? Is your spouse hard to surprise? We do surprise parties too! Don’t stress over the planning, message me instead. I have great connections with all the fun vendors- bounce houses, cotton candy spinners, bartenders, rentals as well as food trucks. We can customize just about anything if you need favor ideas. No event is too big or too small.
Baby and Wedding showers- Bring your ideas and we'll create the shower of your dreams! Please keep guest count under 100. Venue, food, decor, seup and teardown included in most of our clinets packages. Most clients have a minimum budget of $3000 with room to work with, depending on visions and expectations.
Rentals
Stress free decor
From table and ceremony decor to serving dishes, plates, chargers, vases, votives, backdrop options, neon signs and so much more. Message me with date, location and items requested for a full quote. $500.00 minimum for free delivery within Kansas City, MO area. 50% deposit required to reserve rentals. A card must be placed on file for accidentals when renting any items.

Partial planning- This package is for couples needing help nailing down some vendors, would like to be pretty hands off as far as venue layout and maybe has a Pinterest board full of ideas and a room full of decor but no real plan to put it all together. With multiple in person meetings. From filling in missing vendors, to venue layout, we get all the details finalized and transferred into our team's caring hands.
Full planning packages are available! Full planning is for the newly engaged couple. You’re not sure where to start and would like guidance the whole way through. Quite possibly my favorite couple to work with. We pick all the vendors together, you get our list of preferred vendors and pick the one you love! We make the planning journey as simple as possible all while making your dream day become reality. Every detial of your rehearsal and wedding day are taken care of while you are as hands on or hands off as you would like to be.
Location of venue and guest count will determine pricing.
Our most popular package is the partial planning package, with full setup and tear down. Our three month client wrap up also included in this popular package. That wrap up is a great tool to help bring togher all the details and information of your day. We really use those final three months to fill in any gaps and make sure your timeline flows, being sure we include any and all parts of your special day. Client's we work with generally invest anywhere from $3400-$6500+.
Officiant Services
All love stories are welcome
Two options-with rehersal for $375.00, and without rehearsal for $250.00. Pricing may change based on location and guest count. We are ordained in states where ULC is accepted. LOVE IS LOVE with CMM.
